Strawkets and Control

Each student needs:

• 1 half-sized piece of a letter-sized piece of paper, measuring 8.5 x 5.5 inches
• 1 letter-sized piece of paper, 8.5 x 11 inches
• 1 pencil
• 1 drinking straw
• 1 cotton ball
• 1 pair of scissors

For the entire class to share:

• Planet Target pictures of each of the planets, Inner (PDF)and Outer  (PDF)
• 1 balloon (any size works, but round balloons are best)
• several cellophane tape dispensers
• 1 stiff piece of cardboard, approximately 8.5 × 11 inches
