For the entire class to share:

• measuring cup or graduated cylinder to measure water poured into plastic bags
• measuring cup or graduated cylinder to measure water that has leaked
• water supply source (sink or jug of water)

Each group/individual should have:

• 5 2"-wide garbage bag strips
• 1 12" length of masking tape
